OUR PARTIES
If you want us to run the party for you we have two main packages to choose from but you are welcome to message us with a specific request - whether it is for a specific item to decorate, number of guests or theme .
It doesn’t have to be a birthday party, T-shirts and caps can be decorated for wearing to concerts, celebrating favourite TV programmes, school or nursery leavers, summer holiday mementos and more…and fabric decorating pencil cases is a great activity to do with school friends over school holidays
We can host the party at your home or at a lovely venue - picture of part of the space is here - for up to 15 kids which has a cafe attached which can sort the party food for you!
PARTY PACKAGE 1 - Personalised Pencil Case and Slapband Decorating
£150 for up to 10 children, £10 per extra child
Suggested age 5 plus but it’s up to you
This is our most popular package, and best for larger groups and smaller spaces. We’ll bring our fun selection of letters, stencils and fabric pens so guests can have fun creating their own personalised pencil cases and slapbands.
Package includes setting up, an hour of decorating and tidying up afterwards
Each guest gets a pencil case and slapband to decorate at the party and take home.
The Activity
We will explain how to use the stencils, pens and templates safely, and give a little demo with some ideas. We will bring along some finished example pencil cases and slapbands for inspiration, then step back and let the creative juices flow.
We’ll make our way round the group, helping anyone that needs it, suggesting ideas and generally encouraging the kids to enjoy and experiment so they make the most of their time. We will remove all the materials, label the pencil cases and slapbands with names and set them aside for you.
They will be dry immediately and the pencil cases can be washed in the washing machine when needed at 30 degrees
(NB we can also do caps instead of pencil cases)
Going home present sorted!
Each guest will have their own personally designed pencil case/cap and slapband to take home.
If you want an additional creative party bag item so they can carry on the decorating fun at home, we do these for £5 for our party bookings. You can find options here.
PARTY PACKAGE 2 - Personalised T-shirt decorating
£150 for 6 children, £10 per extra child
Suggested age 5 plus
Our T-shirt decorating package is a great choice if you have fewer guests attending and have a little more space (we can bring a 6ft table with us to help).
We will provide lots of fun stencils and pens alongside each guest’s initial so they can personalise their perfect T-shirt! If the birthday boy or girl has a favourite theme we can make sure to bring stencils we think they’ll love.
Package includes setting up, an hour of decorating and tidying up afterwards

We use fabric pens so there is no drying time and both sides of the T-shirt can be decorated, then they can be worn home by the guests which they love!
We will remove all the materials, label the T-shirts and set them aside for you. They can be washed at 30 degrees and the designs will not come out!
(nb we can also do pillow cases instead of T-shirts)
Going home present sorted!
